Demand Generation Compensation

Demand generation associates are typically on an 75/25 base/bonus plan with

• 50% of the bonus tied to quarterly goals on sales accepted opportunities (SAO/SQO)
• 50% of the bonus tied to quarterly goals for bookings from SAOs that originated with the demand gen team

According to Glassdoor in December 2022, demand generation managers with 4-6 years based in NYC have an OTE of $120K.
